HIRING PASSIONAT INFANT CARE TEACHERS Bankhill Educare, a leading private preschool, Daycare & Afterschool care service provider in Colombo 07, Battaramulla, Wattala & Kadawatha, is seeking qualified Infant Care Teachers to join our growing team! Do you have a for nurturing the development Of young minds? If youre an energetic, patient, and creative individual with a heart for infants, we want to hear from you! We are looking for individuals who: * Possess a calm and nurturing demeanor * Have exceptional patience and a genuine love for infants * Are highly organized and detail-oriented * Can work independently and as part of a team * Are energetic and have strong communication skills YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES * Create a safe and nurturing environment for infants to grow and learn * Develop engaging activities suited to infants age and abilities * Provide personalized care based on each infants needs * Handle daily infant care tasks like feeding, changing diapers, and bedtime routines * Communicate openly With parents about their childs progress * Track each infants development and address any concerns * Maintain a clean and safe classroom QUALIFICATIONS * Diploma or equivalent qualification in Early Childhood Education / Preschool / Montessori (Mandatory) * Excellent command of the English Language (Spoken & Written) * Minimum 1 year work experience in childcare WE OFFER * Competitive salary * The opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive environment * The chance to make a real difference in the lives Of young children Ready to join our team?
