I am currently teaching English in Japan, which allows me to bring global teaching experience and creative language-learning techniques into my lessons.

I am an experienced and caring educator with over 12 years of teaching experience working with preschool and primary school children. I teach English, Science, and Sinhala, focusing on building strong foundations, confidence, and a love for learning.
I hold a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) and multiple qualifications in Counseling Psychology, which help me understand children’s emotional and learning needs. I also have a Diploma in Special Needs Education and over 2 years of experience supporting children who need extra academic or emotional guidance.
My AMI Montessori (Casa Dei Bambini) Diploma allows me to use hands-on, child-centered methods, especially with younger learners.
I am currently teaching English in Japan, bringing international experience and modern teaching approaches to my lessons. I am also continuing my studies in Child Rights and Protection and Psychology (Honours), showing my commitment to children’s overall well-being.
I provide a safe, patient, and encouraging learning environment, with lessons tailored to each child’s needs and pace. My goal is to help every child grow academically, emotionally, and confidently.
